Our flagship community leadership experience, Have You Got What It Takes challenges participants to rethink what it means to develop people, lead others and create environments where individuals can thrive.
Built around the principles of High Care - High Challenge, the experience brings together the key groups that influence young people's development.
Four Community Sessions
Emerging Leaders
Developing self-leadership, ownership, resilience and growth habits.
Junior Sports Clinic
Using sport as a vehicle for building confidence, communication and teamwork.
Parents, Players & Clubs
Creating stronger development environments through aligned expectations, role modelling and community connection.
